Isuzu’s head office required a reliable UPS solution to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical server equipment. The client needed a system that not only provided robust performance but also included long-term service and maintenance support to maximize its lifespan.
Solution Provided:
PSS installed an EP60 UPS system supported by:
- 32 PSS120 (120Ah) batteries for extended runtime.
- An external maintenance bypass to ensure seamless serviceability.
- SNMP and battery monitoring for remote system management and health checks.
Outcome:
The UPS system, with a projected lifespan of 15 years under proper maintenance, has been critical in supporting Isuzu’s servers since 2018. Through yearly servicing by PSS, the UPS continues to operate efficiently, with all parameters thoroughly checked and verified. During servicing, our technicians perform full system cycles, ensuring ongoing reliability.
