Training

In any business, it is important to ensure that your employees are equipped with all the necessary knowledge and skills they need to provide excellent customer service.

All new staff members undergo initial and ongoing training. Initial training includes an introduction to our products, training on all areas of business, from technical to systems management to dealing with customers. Ongoing training is done fortnightly, we do this electronically to include all staff members. Regular training helps management identify areas that require more support if required and gives the staff member an opportunity to fill up gaps where required.

Research and Development

New product development is essential to business; we have dedicated much of our resources to Research and Development as it is a vital element in our growth.   

We have recently introduced product managers for each of our product lines; Data Racks, UPS and Power Supplies. Having products managers ensures that we are specialising in each field, and we experts to dedicate time to do research and development. Keeping on the front foot with new and unique product development is important to us.

At PSS – nothing is too small or big when it comes to projects. We encourage dialogue with our customers enjoy creating solutions to suit their needs.

Staff Culture

While excellent service, staff training, and dedicated research & development ensure that PSS customers have the best experience. We implement bonus structures and flexi work environment to ensure great staff culture.

Our monthly sales incentive, involve all employees and aids in keeping internal communication fun. Bonus structures is an additional motivator for our staff and as our business expands, we ensure every staff member is rewarded for their effort.

When looking for new staff, we hire with our cultures and values in mind, we employ team players who have the same customer first approach and want to be apart of a lasting staff culture.

Last but not the least; management encourages an open door policy with all staff – this encourages a healthy work environment and is greatly supported.
