Cable Management

By implementing some simple cable management solutions, your server room can look like a completely new space and make your job a whole lot easier.

Take Redback Racks’ 1RU & 2RU slotted duct horizontal cable runner, for example. This simple solution is perfect for guiding cables along a compact thoroughfare, instead of allowing them to fall freely to the floor.

Free-standing Racks

These handy units are the perfect edition to your server room as they allow for a more configurable set up.

The heavy-duty castors allow all our free-standing racks to be moved into place with ease, stabilising feet are also included to use once the rack is set in position. All floor standing racks can hold up to 800kg of equipment once set in place with the stabilising feet.

Choose from 18, 27 or 42RU(height) to suit your needs and accessorise the unit with a range of options. These include items like a vented metal door, fan tray, locks, plinths, cage nuts and much more.

Standard rack width is 19” internal profile and 600mm externally. If you need a little more width to allow for vertical cable management, we also offer the 800mm 42RU free-standing rack, allowing 100mm cable management either side.

Your server room will look good as new with a few free-standing racks, finished off with a powder coat for some classy aesthetics.

Wall Mounted Racking System

In the case of a smaller office that lacks space for a dedicated server room, a wall mounted rack may be the solution for you.

These handy solutions lift electrical equipment off the floor, making room for everything else.

Wall mounted data racks come in 6, 12 and 18RU (height) with the option of a 450mm deep rack or an added swing frame for convenient cable access, taking the rack to 600mm deep.
